Body: a family owned business and an authorized dealer for all of their watches. its nice in todays world of online commerce to talk with one of the owners of the business with which youre dealing....and it makes a difference. i got personalized service, an outstanding price, and my beautiful watch delivered to my house on the date i specified. their return policy is excellent. i will buy all of my future watches from this store (i originally visited their horton plaza store while at a conference in San Diego).

Body: The watch I ordered was unavailable, but this merchant called me on the telephone immediately and emailed a picture of a beautiful alternative watch. I spoke to the merchant found him to be helpful and completely professional. Best of all, the watch, which was a present for my daughter, arrived precisely on time. This purchase was a gift for my husband. I had it shipped to my mother-in-law so he wouldn't see it. Someone called to confirm the address and my husband happened to answer. The rep from USA Watch Co. did not mention what the purchase was. I order things all the time so my husband was not suspicious. Thanks for the descretion and not telling what the order was!

Thank you, the watch is in perfect condition. Just like the one I bought and return from a local jewelry store. They were charging me $315 for it and you charged me $256! Good deal, will be buying more from you and recommending your store to other people I know.
